outflowering Stucky (We, Us, Our) provides spaces for Self-discovery, Self-expression and Self-enjoyment.

We deeply value the users/visitors (You, Your) privacy. That is why We do not rely on analytics services and try to keep data-collection on outflowering.com at a minimum.

Quick overview: In case You just browse on Our site, We do not store personal information about Your visits on outflowering.com. When You voluntarily interact on Our site (e.g. register for an account, login to your account, use the contact form, send an e-mail, subscribe to the newsletter, make a payment,… ) we store some personal information (e.g. e-mail and IP address, date and time of the submission, browser and decive information, the text you send us, your name,… ) for purposes to run Our services. You have the right for Your data to be corrected or deleted. This does not include any data We are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Furthermore, We use Stripe together with PayPal to process all payments securely. Stripe and PayPal collect and process data relevant for making payments. The videos are provided by BunnyWay. Your data is stored securely on swiss servers (main and backup servers), the password You set is stored in an encrypted fashion. The newsletter is self-hosted, and You can unsubscribe at any time. We use some Cookies for essential site functions.

Hosting

Our website is hosted on cyon GmbH, a Swiss company. The servers are all located in Switzerland. See their privacy policy at ↪https://www.cyon.ch/legal/datenschutzerklaerung.

Contact Form

If You send Us a mail or fill in the contact form, You agree for Your information (e-mail address, IP address, date and time of submission, browser and device information, the text and optionally your name) to be stored on Our servers. We do not share this data without Your consent.

Newsletter

If You subscribe to Our newsletter, the data You enter (e-mail adress and optionally your name) together with Your IP address, date and time of subscription, browser and device information will be stored on our Swiss hosting servers. We do not rely on external newsletter services and do not share this data without Your consent.

Other Newsletter Services usually track Your behavior, for example if You open the mail or if You click on a link in the mail. Our self-hosted Newsletter on the other hand has such e-mail tracking disabled. This enhances Your privacy.

You can unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time.

After volunarily subsribing to Our newsletter, You will be asked to confirm Your registration. This procedure is called double opt-in. It ensures that no one can register to Our newsletter with fake or someone else’s e-mail adresses. In case You do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please check Your e-mail provider’s spam folder.

Embedded videos

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in a similar way as if the visitor had visited the other website.

The videos on the website are streamed by the Solvenian company BunnyWay d.o.o. You may read about their privacy policy ↪https://bunny.net/privacy. Anonymized usage data is collected by them.

Sometimes, there are links to the outflowering YouTube channel. YouTube belongs to Google LLC, a U.S. based company. If you follow the link you will be subject to their privacy policy, which can be found here: ↪https://policies.google.com/privacy. For privacy reasons, we do not directly embed YouTube videos. Furthermore, sometimes there are external links to the outflowering Instagram (↪https://help.instagram.com/519522125107875/) or Facebook page (↪https://facebook.com/about/privacy/), they belong to Meta Platforms, Inc., a U.S. based company.

Payments

For secure credit card payments We use Stripe Inc., an Irish-American company. Their privacy policy can be found ↪https://stripe.com/en-ch/privacy. Furthermore, We use PayPal Holdings Inc., an American company. Their privacy policy is ↪https://www.paypal.com/en/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full. There is also the option for a bank transfer. In this case We send You an e-mail with the information needed.

We store the date and time that You make the payment, Your IP address and which browser and device You made the purchase from. Furthermore, for a Stripe payment We store the last 4 digits and expiration date of the credit card. This is solely used for expiring card reminder emails. The stripe customer, subscription and transaction charce numbers are also stored. For PayPal, We store the transaction numbers and PayPal subscription profile ID.

In case of a credit card payment, You transmit to Stripe, the full credit card information, as well as Your name (optional), IP and e-mail address. If applicable, the VAT number will be transmitted, both for Stripe and PayPal payments. For a Paypal payment You briefly leave Our webpage, and may transmit Your PayPal e-mail address, and other data that their privacy policy (see above) specifies.

Cookies

We may use cookies for essential site functions.

Cookies are text files with small pieces of data. Cookies are a form of memory. They allow websites to remember You while You move between web pages or while You revisit.

There are various types of cookies, some are only kept as long as You visit the site, some are kept longer.

Security

While We use good security practices, data-breaches or other cyber attacks can never be completely ruled out. By using Our website and services, You accept these risks. We are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by such events. In case Your personal data would be hacked, We will contact You by e-mail within 48 hours.

Please make sure that You enable two-factor authentification for logging into Your account, and that You use a strong password, one that is different from any other password that You use. In this way, You can ensure that cyber attacks remain isolated to the compromised website, while all Your other login credentials (e.g. from other websites) stay safe.

For security reasons, this site uses SSL encryption. SSL encryption makes sure that the data You transmit to Us cannot be read by thrid parties. You can recognize an encrypted connection by lock symbol in Your browser and the “https://” in front of the domain name outflowering.com.
